On 10/27/2009 he had to be rushed to the emergency room. After dinner and a very normal day, his back legs were not responding. He was taken to a local vet where he was put under observation and sedated. Twenty-four hours later, a diagnosis was inconclusive but spine disk problems were suspected. He was referred to a neurologist at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates & Emergency Services in PA. Time is critical and he is scheduled for spinal disk surgery on 10/28/2009.

We are asking for help from you because the surgery will cost about $7000 and at this time  the Young family does not know how they will cover this cost. Memo is still young and is not willing to give up just yet. Our goal is to try to ask for 1000 people to donate on average $5 to help cover costs. Please feel free to donate any amount.
